1. General

1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the iPlay Christmas Giveaway (“Competition”)

conducted by iPlay Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 41 661 949 435), 116 Ipswich Rd, Woolloongabba QLD 4102

(“Promoter”).

1.2 By entering, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1.3 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms, manipulates the

entry process, submits false information, or engages in misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent conduct.

1.4 This Competition may be promoted via Facebook and Instagram. Entrants acknowledge that it is not

sponsored, endorsed, or administered by these platforms.

1.5 The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition with at least one month’s notice

published on our website.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents. Entrants under 18 require parent/guardian consent. Children

under 18 cannot travel alone as part of the prize.

2.2 Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family of the Promoter are not eligible. Immediate

family includes spouses, partners, parents, children, siblings, and residents of the same household.

2.3 Entries are valid only for purchases made between the Opening and Closing Dates.

2.4 Every $75 purchase (incl. GST) at a participating iPlay venue = one (1) entry, validated by receipt.

Multiple entries are permitted with separate receipts.

2.5 Bonus Entry: Customers who purchase any Coca-Cola product in the same transaction as their $75

qualifying spend will receive one (1) additional entry into the draw.

2.6 Incomplete, indecipherable, or offensive entries will be invalid.

3. How to Enter

Entrants must:

a. Make a qualifying purchase ($75 or more) at any participating iPlay venue during the campaign period;

b. Optional Bonus: Purchase any Coca-Cola product with the qualifying $75 transaction to receive an

additional entry;

c. Scan the in-venue or digital QR code;

d. Complete the online entry form with full name, email, and phone number, and upload a valid receipt.

No entry fee applies beyond the qualifying purchase.

Entrants warrant their details are accurate and current.

The Promoter may verify information at any time.

The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions.

4.1 Entries outside the competition window are invalid.

5. Draw & Selection of Winner

5.1 This is a game of chance.

5.2 Winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on Tuesday, 24th December 2025.

6. Notification of Winner

Winner notified within 72 hours of the draw via their provided contact details.

If not contactable or verified within 10 business days, the prize is deemed unclaimed (see Clause 8).

7. Prize

7.1 Major Prize: One of Three Mearth scooters worth $1899 RRP

7.2 Prize issued to winner notified of being a prize winner on the 24th with Scooters to be delivered 14 business days after confirming details

7.3 Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash/credit.

7.4 Winner must provide valid proof of ID and age.

7.5 The Promoter provides the prize “as is” without warranties, except those required under Australian

Consumer Law.

8. Unclaimed Prize

A prize is unclaimed if not verified within 10 business days.

If forfeited, the Promoter may redraw at its discretion.

9. Privacy & Publicity

9.1 Personal data is handled per the Promoter’s Privacy Policy:

9.2 By entering, participants consent to their name, likeness, and entry (incl. photographs) being used for

promotional purposes without compensation.

10. General Conditions

10.1 The Promoter is not liable for loss, damage, or injury except where caused by its negligence.

10.2 Entrants indemnify the Promoter against liabilities arising from participation or prize use, except

where prohibited by law.

10.3 If unforeseen events (force majeure, technical disruptions) occur, the Promoter may cancel, suspend,

or modify the Competition.

10.4 Entrants are responsible for any tax obligations. Independent financial advice is recommended.

10.5 Invalid or unenforceable provisions will be severed; remaining Terms remain effective.
