1. Are there any age restrictions for the High Ropes course?
Must be 5yrs or older to participate. Must be at least 122cm to go unassisted, otherwise must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please note a weight restriction of under 136kg.
2. What type of shoes should I wear for the High Ropes course?
You must wear enclosed shoes, such as sneakers or boots, for your safety. Open-toe shoes like sandals, thongs, or high heels aren’t allowed, as they don’t provide enough protection or grip on the course.
3. Is there a minimum height requirement for the High Ropes course?
Yes, participants need to be at least 122cm tall to go on the High Ropes unassisted. If someone is under 122cm, they can still participate but must be accompanied by an adult, and the child must be able to walk up the stairs without help.
4. Is there a maximum height limit for the High Ropes course?
Yes, for safety reasons, the maximum height for participants is 200cm. This ensures the equipment and course can be used safely by all.
5. What is the maximum weight limit for the High Ropes course?
The maximum weight limit is 136kg. This ensures that the harnesses and safety equipment work effectively and that all participants are safe on the course.
6. My child is under 122cm tall. Can they still go on the High Ropes course?
Yes, children under 122cm can participate, but they must be accompanied by an adult. The child also needs to be able to walk up the stairs on their own to ensure they can manage parts of the course safely.
